Hello!  My Name is Byron Preston Jackson. I was born in Houston, Texas and raised in Rockville Maryland. As a child, I fell in love with movies, television, music and video games. In addition my passion for sports lead me to a notable success in soccer and basketball.  Ultimately, I fell in love with acting and that became my passion. We always had plenty of VHS tapes and DVDs around the Jackson house hold. As a result of that and being a kid of the 80's and 90's I guess you could say it was kismet.

Over the years, my life's dream to be an actor intensified and I finally concluded that I had to pursue this passion. So...I moved to California in October of 2015 and have not looked back.  With some theater training in my background, as a thirty-something Second Degree Blackbelt with great athleticism, I felt that with persistence, drive and, of course, a bit of luck, I could finally become the action star that I have always wanted to be.  Landing commercial representation with the Daniel Hoff Agency has been a dream come true in itself... but that is just the beginning.

My number one career goal is to be able to look back on an acting career that is filled with both television and feature films from my two favorite genres; sci-fi and action.  I love dramas and comedies too, but sci-fi and action and what inspired me to make this my life!
